"I am always happy when a Chinese film gets a golden bear," he said. The Berlin Film Festival hands out prizes in a number of categories with the Golden Bear going to the Best Motion picture. Peruvian film The Milk of Sorrow has won the Berlin Film Festival's coveted Golden Bear award for best picture.
